The Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality programme recognises the growing importance and role that hospitality plays throughout the UK and globally and is aimed at those who have the motivation, attitude and drive to develop their career in this sector, with a particular focus on careers in hotels, restaurants, events and food and beverage service. The course will improve personal learning and thinking skills, including confidence in your ability to go out into the workplace. It will also develop your analytical, research, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

You will learn through a mixture of taught lessons, group work and practical activities and this will be applied to actual events and activities within the Hospitality industry. Assessment is via coursework which may take the form of written assessment, short presentations on given topics, role-play or group work for each unit.
This course gives you the opportunity to enter employment in Hospitality industry or to access a range of higher education opportunities including Management, Business, Tourism and Leisure, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts Management, Hospitality Management and Events Management.
This is a level 3 qualification which provides comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the hospitality and catering industry, preparing students with the knowledge and skills to progress to supervisory level roles.

These loans help learners aged 19 and over, to pay the fees charged by approved colleges and training organisations in England.
